    I’m very sorry you could not access the photos. Likely there was a malfunction. The site is loading for me now. If you’re unable to see the site please contact me at land@cutbeach.com, and I’ll investigate again.

    Lots B, C, D, E, F and W are all sold (beachwood is on Lot F). We have one beachfront lot remaining, Lot A, and you can see information on that lot at http://www.cutbeach.com/featured-lot/
    We also have 13.5 +/- of additional land available for sale with a two bedroom cottage and 176′ of beach frontage. That lot is priced at $2.58mil.
    The price on a private sale would be adjusted to reflect that there’d be no commission to be paid.
